GWO fire awareness

LOCATION : Blyth

DURATION : 1 day |0.5 day refresher

DETAILS :

This course makes up 1/5 of the GWO BST modules and can be taken as an initial module or as a refresher.  

The training involves teaching how to prevent fires, manage evacuation of personnel and when deemed safe, how to use firefighting equipment. 

Target Audience:

  • New entrants to the offshore wind industry, Refresher is available to be taken over 0.5 days for those wishing to refresh current GWO BST

Prerequisites:

  • WINDA ID. [Click here to register if you haven’t already]

  • Maximum participant weight of 125kg.

  • Good standard of fitness and ideally passed an OGUK or similar medical and Chester Step fitness test.
