The Wind Academy was created in response to a lack of high-quality vocational training available within the offshore wind sector.  

As experienced employers in the sector, we recognised there was a significant demand for training that gives jobseekers the skills to progress immediately into work, without having to supplement, up-skill or add to their training portfolio.

On leaving our courses – candidates are ready to progress straight into industry, with the right skill set to launch successful careers in a growing industry that has a massive shortfall of skilled employees.

We are committed to getting our learners into work after leaving our courses. Working alongside our sister company - TWA Global Resourcing - we actively help recruit into the roles we are training for.

We operate alongside The Wind Academy Consulting Group, whose office is in Texas, USA.
