The Wind Academy Partners with Forces Transition Group
The Wind Academy are pleased to announce the establishment of a partnership with Forces Transition Group (FTG). FTG aims to guide and educate those leaving the armed forces towards successful post forces employment. At the Wind Academy these missions and core values align with our own. This acts as a chance to build on our pledge of commitment which was made when we received our bronze award from the Armed Forces Covenant.
Together with the FTG we aim to give an accurate depiction of the industry and avenues to enter the sector post training. This will be done in conjunction with our sister company TWA Global Resourcing, who have had increasing success gaining employment for new entrants.
We hope to provide a smooth transition to those leaving the armed forces with bespoke guidance and end to end support, meaning we create not only a well-qualified candidate but also one who is knowledgeable and well informed.
