The ECITB – Military to Wind Programme is a 7-week training programme designed to allow Armed Forces personnel to become site ready for offshore wind. 

This programme is accessible for those with an engineering background living in Scotland and includes a wide range of accredited safety and technical training courses.  

In addition, learners on the course are provided with guaranteed interviews with employers, with 100% of the previous cohort of learners receiving a job within the sector.
