The Shine Accreditation is a North East employer recognition scheme that celebrates and supports organisations demonstrating outstanding business practices and a strong commitment to employee wellbeing and development.
 
We are proud to have achieved the Advanced Level Certificate, recognising our ongoing dedication to the region and our commitment to providing a supportive, fair, and inclusive environment for both our staff and learners.
